The session begins with a personal self-assessment to identify each participant’s mental “sages” and “saboteurs.” The host will then guide your team through understanding how different parts of the brain impact thriving versus self-sabotage in work performance and overall well-being. By the end, you and your team will have the right knowledge and tools to enhance individual productivity and create a thriving workplace environment.
